This 2010 Congress will be organized by the Slovenian flour milling association in collaboration with the European Flour Millers’ association. Bled is a fantastic area within the Julian Alps and our Congress place will be overlooking the glacial lake Bled, a major attraction of the country. This 2010 Congress will offer a great opportunity for all flour millers from all over Europe and beyond to meet each other in a very pleasant region.
